I want to know where my order is
All shipments fulfilled by Apliiq & Printful using tracking numbers so customers can track the status of their shipments as they are being delivered. Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
Click the chat bubble icon (Chat with Us) on the bottom right of the website. Make sure you have all required information to locate package when prompt.
I want to return something

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason at this time.

We are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. If you have any additional artwork specifications, please place your order and reply to your order confirmation email with your artwork details.

Please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. These services are available for an additional fee upon request. This means that the image that you see on your computer may vary from the product that you receive. Color matching fees vary depending on the artwork.
